How many weeks a year do I potentially have?

If you are a fulltime employee you have 5 weeks of vacation pr. year/2,08 vacation days a month. As an employer, WeCode have decided that you are obligated to use three weeks of vacation in the weeks 29, 30, 31.

Be aware that for those of you who have worked here for less than a year, you may not have earned up enough payed vacation to cover the full three weeks. In that case, the remaining vacation days will be automatically deducted from your salary.

For some it's different, as a few personnel needs to work through the summer. The individuals will know.

If you are a part-time employee, you earn vacation money corresponding to 2,08 days a month, which you can withdraw from your Feriekonto on borger.dk. The vacation money will approx be available the month after you earned them.

Christmas

Between Christmas and New Years, 99% use X days for vacation. Be aware of that.

Who do I notify if I take a vacation-day.

You will notify Camilla ([email protected]). If you are absent and you haven't notified Camilla, we will count it as a vacation day, and it will be deducted from your vacation days. But - always notify Camilla, as it is important for planning as well.

It's your own responsibility to check how many vacation days you have left. You can keep track on your payslip. If you have any questions or doubts, ask Camilla, and she will help clarifying.

Again, remember, if you take a vacation-day but have none left, it will be deducted in your salary.
